US B1 Visa interview experience at Chennai

My US Business Visa interview experience at Chennai. For getting B1 visa we need to visit 2 places.
1. Chennai OFC office, TPL house, Diagonally opposite to appolo hospitals, Teynampet.
2. Visa Interview at US Consulate, Near Gemini Flyover, Thousand lights.

Chennai OFC:-

My OFC appointment has been scheduled on July 7,2014 at 2 pm.
I reached the place 1 hour early itself and waited for an hour to enter inside.
On this day, you will be asked to bring your DS160 form, appointment letter and passport.
These are the mandatory documents which you need to carry on this day. Eventhough cell phones are not allowed, you can carry it by switching off.
They will take biometrics test (Left hand 4 fingers, followed by Right hand 4 fingers and both the thumbs fingers) and
finally they will take a photo of yours.
Simple questions like what is your full name and date of birth will be asked for confirmation.
Finally the work is done within 10 mins and i left the premises around 2:10 pm.
So what i noticed is on this particular day is there is no need to come early and
relax yourselves by coming 10 -15 mins before your scheduled time.

Visa Interview at US Consulate:-
Next Day is my Visa interview and it also went very smoothly.
It was scheduled on July 8,2014 at 8:30 am.
When i reached US consulate, i was little bit surprised to see more than 600 people waiting outside.
Most of them came for getting different types of visa (Student, B1, H1B, Dependent) stamped in their passport.
Cell phones, Electronic items like CD , pendrives and purses are strictly not allowed inside.
So you can hand over the same to the blue booth which has been placed specifically for this purpose.
They will charge 10rs and they will give you a token, which you can collect it later once your visa interview is done.
After thorough check in they will let u inside and they will give you a token and ask you to wait inside the hall.
Once your token number is displayed in the monitor you can go and stand in front of the respective counter.
Just analyse how the visa interview is going at each and every counter or atleast your counter.
For me they have asked only 1 question, what is the purpose of your visit and after explaining the same they told your Visa is approved.
They will take your passport for stamping process and it will take 1-2 business days for pick up. There could be denial of visas and please dont worry abt that.
They will give you a form regarding the information they need to process your visa, after submission you can again ask for another appointment.

And to my luck i got the passport back in the same day itself with visa stamped :-)

Animals Photography

The truth is I love being alive. And I love feeling free. So if I can't have those things then I feel like a caged animal and I'd rather not be in a cage. I'd rather be dead. And it's real simple. And I think it's not that uncommon.

Lovely Sunset

I always say that the times in my life when I've been happiest are the times when I've seen, like, a sunset.

Culture Photography

[Photography] allows me to accede to an infra-knowledge; it supplies me with a collection of partial objects and can flatter a certain fetishism of mine: for this 'me' which like knowledge, which nourishes a kind of amorous preference for it. In the same way, I like certain biographical features which, in a writer's life, delight me as much as certain photographs
